Overview:

You’ll take on the role of Operations Assistant. Guided by your mentor, your task is to analyse a process for sending financial information at Barclays and discuss how you would improve and future-proof the process.

This Virtual Taster Course is a way for you to carry out a real-world task and will give you a taste of what a future career with Barclays could look like.

You’ll learn more about what operations is, and we’ll dive deep into what a career could look like in this area. You’ll hear from your mentor, a real Barclays employee, who’ll provide you with the context you need to try out this task for yourself. 

You’ll learn from your Barclays mentor through videos and compare your work with their model answers to further refine your abilities.
