In this Virtual Taster Course, you'll step into the role of a Junior Developer at Barclays, tasked with creating a database for a new to-do list application. A to-do list app is a software application designed to help users organise, prioritise, and manage tasks and activities. These apps typically allow users to create lists of tasks, set deadlines or reminders, categorise tasks into different groups or projects, and mark tasks as completed once they are finished.

What's included

The project is divided into three main tasks: Choose the right type of database. Design the database tables. Assign the correct data types to each column. You'll receive videos from your mentor who will provide insights into their career and advice for your journey. You'll also get supporting documents and workbooks to help you complete each task.
